Your Journey towards Inner Balance

Hello and welcome! I'm Neusha, a Integrative Psychotherapist and CBT Therapist (pending accreditation).

 

I have completed a MSc in Psychological Counselling and a Postgraduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and currently work with a range of difficulties including anxiety, depression and self-esteem issues.

Alongside CBT, I work in an integrative way, drawing on person-centred, psychodynamic and existential approaches. This allows us to look not only at what is happening in the present, but also at how past experiences and patterns may be shaping how you experience things now.

I understand that reaching out for therapy can feel difficult, especially if things have been building over time or are hard to put into words. My aim is to offer a space where you can begin to make sense of what’s been going on, at a pace that feels manageable for you.
